The importance of unity among Christians and the responsibility of the people of each 
parish to work for this unity is emphasized throughout the week. This year also marks the 1,700th anniversary of the first Christian Ecumenical Council, held in Nicea, which gave us the Nicene Creed.  All parishioners should seek to have a deeper understanding of ecumenism; to this end, please click the photo above for more information.
